I'm also having few accounts on which there is one character, currently +200 level Elite Knight. No addons and mounts on it. No quests done also. These are botted knights created to be sold.
The price of each empty knight is 6.5 EUR. None of accounts has Recovery Key generated and the e-mail adress is RANDOM, so you can resell the account in future!
